I click on a video link and nothing happens First, make sure that your Internet connection is working -- go to a site
like www.yahoo.com or
www.cnn.com , it’s very rare
that these sites are not working. Once you’ve established that your Internet
connection is working, make sure you have downloaded and installed the Windows
Media Player 9. You may need to re-install the Windows Media Player 9. Check also to
see that you can watch video on other sites like
www.msn.com or
www.launch.com.
Also,
- You may have Zone Alarm installed on your computer. If so, disable it.
- A pop-up killer will prevent the DataFlix player from displaying. Turn off any pop-up killers.
- Some virus protection software like McAfee could cause problems. Disable the application while using DataFlix.
